Description
Performing cataract surgery in patients with extremely dense rock-hard cataracts is often a difficult task. These highly dense opaque cataracts makes perioperative visualization of the capsule even harder. These lenses are hard to maneuver, the capsule is thin and zonules are weak. They can be associated with small pupils, zonular dialysis & pseudoexfoliation. We have shown various management skills to make phaco in rock hard cataract ease.
