Description
Pseudo exfoliation with history of cataract surgery 10 years back, with inferior subluxation of IOL with bag complex. Superior scleral fixation of haptic with bag done using Lasso technique railroading 9-0 Prolene suture into 26 gauge needle thereby creating a loop . The suture was tied with adequate tension to Center the dislocated IOL and bag complex. Postoperatively the IOL was well centered and remains stable with one year of follow-up.
