Description
A novel technique of converting an intra-operative PCR to a stable posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis using a co-axial I/A cannula is described with necessary parameters and precise foot pedal controls. The technique is feasible, reproducible & enables the placement of intraocular lens in the capsular bag, as planned pre-operatively, thus, achieving best possible outcome in such a scenario.
