Intraoperative Descemetorhexis with loss of Descemets membrane is a rare complication. This video illustrates three warning signs - a golden ring, stretch lines and trapped air bubble configuration which would help its identification. The residual descemets detachment was managed with air descemetopexy with successful anatomical and visual outcome.
