Description
To evaluate clinical safety and long-term efficacy of topography-guided excimer laser enhancement combined with higher variable fluence and pattern refractive CXL as demonstrated in this video. A 33-year-old gentleman developed ectasia 12 years following an uneventful LASIK. The combined intervention improved UDVA from 20/70 to 20/40 and CDVA from 20/40 to 20/20 with 2 years follow-up.
