Description
Ocular surface dryness and irritation are typically linked to tasks that require longer visual attention and therefore are associated with reduced blink rate. Dry-eye patients are at a particular risk of exacerbated ocular surface dysfunction. This video is focused on increase the awareness of reduced and infrequent blinking during clinical examination and link it to new treatment strategies for exposure keratopathy.
