Description
We have evolved a new technique of pupillary zone sparing partial corneal epithelium debridement for C3R using Dresden protocol which aims at minimising the associated visual complications of standard conventional cross linking. This study was done in 522 eyes during the time span of 5 years. Post operatively we found minimal haze, less pain, stable keratometry and a good visual outcome.
