Moxifloxacin, a commonly used topical antibiotic, has fluorescence, which interestingly enhances cellular contrast in the tissue imaging. The video will demonstrate high-contrast cellular imaging using moxifloxacin in various ocular and nonocular tissues. Highlight of the technique is live imaging of goblet cells in the conjunctiva.
