Being aware of ones posture would be the first step to improving ergonomics in our clinics and operating rooms. Photos and videos of surgeons’ posture intra-operatively were analyzed by an orthopedic surgeon using Angulus software and compared with described ideal positions and the surgeons’ assumptions of their posture. The video showcases ways of improving awareness of posture while operating.
