This video would focus on some novel concepts in SMILE surgery such as the “Gas bubble escape sign"" for energy optimization,differential spot spacing,effect of cone selection on OBL formation & ease of dissection,innovative lenticule separation or the “No- dissection” technique and improved instrumentation.These concepts would greatly help the practicing SMILE surgeons enhance their immediate post-op results and vastly enhance their patient satisfaction.
