Description
My refractive activity was bounded to cataract surgery. From 2015, I had the opportunity to start refractive laser surgeries. After discovering and introducing the SMILE treatment in my practice. The requests of patients increased. I had to consider the presbyopia treatments by Lasik. After studying the technical solution, I understood the strategy to propose a dominant eye for far and intermediate vision and a non-dominant eye for near and intermediate vision.
