Small Incision Lenticule Extraction(SMILE) surgery has its own learning curve and challenges.In this video we shall demonstrate the possible complications that a beginner might face during the surgery and ways to tackle them.We shall demonstrate the surgical procedure along with challenging situations such as tight docking, suction loss, tough dissection, cap tear, torn lenticule along with our pearls regarding their management.
