The video demonstrates a torn lenticule with extension of side cut after incomplete femto-laser dissection in a case of RELEX SMILE, where a combination of techniques like sharp dissection (where a sharp dissector was used to dissect out area of resistance) & peel technique (like continuous curvilinear capsulorrhexis in cataract surgery) has been used to manage this difficult & rare complication.
