Don't Cry For Me Argentina is based on a technique to avoid the much feared "Argentinian flag Sign", which is a dreaded observation seen in intumescent cataracts during capsulorrhexis. On review, literature has reported an incidence of 3.85% to 28.3%. Our technique of "lift flap" technique during CCC can prevent occurrence of this complication and thereby, ensure complete, safe CCC in these cases.
