Mainstream cataract surgery is performed by dividing the cataract into segments, which can make the procedure more complex. "Rock and Roll" phaco enables cataract surgery to be done simply, safely and more efficiently for all types of cataracts. Injection of Triamcinolone/Moxifloxacin at the end of surgery decreases time spent counseling patients on post-op drops and increases patient compliance.
