A 35y old male with a history of undergoing right eye Optical Penetrating Keratoplasty 13 years back presented with the gradual diminution of vision due to the development of grade 4 nuclear opalescence. He had corneal astigmatism of -7.71 D @ 4 degree. Callisto software assisted surgery with high powered plate hatic toric IOL resulted in the patient gaining uncorrected visual acuity of 20/20.
