Description
DALK is a procedure often avoided by corneal surgeons in spite of it´s many advantages for tissue survival specially in young patients with keratoconus. On this video I show a technique to achieve excellent and reproducible results with the combination of pachymetry guided double bubble technique and the aid of femtosecond laser to make what I call fast and easy DALK.
