ICL employed to treat anisometropia in post CXL KCN eyes. Perioperative evaluation included visual acuity, refractive error, Scheimpflug and OCT corneal stroma and epithelium tomography mapping , topography.In a case series with this technique the mean refractive error changed from -14.25D to -1.25D, UDVA improved from 20/100 to 20/30 and CDVA from 20/30 to 20/25.
