Cataract surgeries in a case of coloboma Iris are real challenging .Most of the times patients are presented in late stage of Cataract and moreover they generally have very small cornea and compromised zonules with variable capsular elasticity.Any single technique is not suitable to deal every cases of coloboma .This video will try to demonstrate different techniques in different stage of cataract.
