Keratoconus (KTC) is characterized by progressive thinning of the cornea leading to astigmatism and visual loss. Techniques have been developed to stop progression, such as CXL, however patients with PAC < than 400 um or > 58 D are not candidates. We propose a modified technique for BLT aided by femtosecond laser as a safer, faster and with great reproducibility technique for advanced KTC.
