This video will highlight the technique of Bowman's layer stromal transplantation that has evolved over the past 5 years in our experience of 26 cases. It will highlight the steps in the surgical procedure and long term outcomes of this innovative procedure. This technique, when performed at an appropriate time will abate the need for a lamellar or full thickness corneal transplant.
