Various surgical techniques for IOL fixation in the event of PCR, inadequate capsular support or aphakia are available. We describe a novel technique to refix the foldable IOLS using 6-0 prolene and show 2 such cases where we fixed the foldable IOL by creating flanges on the OPTIC AND HAPTIC. This way the dislocated foldable IOLs can be refixated without the need for a new 3-piece IOL.
