In cases of dislocation, presbyopia-correcting intraocular lenses (IOLs) are normally replaced with monofocal IOLs. When capsular tension rings implanted in the capsule, presbyopia-correcting IOLs are scleral fixed using 3-point scleral suture. After such fixations, IOL decentration and tilting were permissible for presbyopia corrected vision.
