Course Description
Course will empower participants to: 1. Understand and Recognise Unconscious Gender Bias in Ophthalmology, Industry and Medicine. 2. Appreciate the evidence base behind Unconscious Gender Bias 3. Understand that simple, evidence based and practical techniques are possible to tackle unconscious gender bias and improve gender equality 4. Make incremental and positive changes in their work and home environment in diversity and inclusion.

Educational Objective
I want the learner to become more empowered in making small but meaningful, evidence based changes in their workplace in combating unconscious gender bias.
