To introduce KLEAR system as an art of vision surgery to include the entire spectrum of Premium Kerato-Lenticulo-Refractive techniques with a Refractive mindset irrespective of the anterior segment /corneal pathology.

Patients with anterior segment refractive anomalies including corneal irregularities and scars, keratoconus, lens based phakic and pseudophakic dysfunction and Laser refractive complications underwent single or staged, least interventional approaches using full spectrum Kerato-Lenticuo-Refractive techniques to result in excellent unaided visual outcomes.Followup ranges from 1 month to 18 years

Patients with various anterior segment optical malfunctions and refractive errors including dissatisfied outcomes who otherwise were looking at extensive and interventional surgeries have resulted in excellent unaided visual outcomes with early recovery and long term stability.

The KLEAR system provides a new approach to the entire range of poor, miscalculated or complicated outcomes of corneal to lens based anterior chamber dysfunctions using refractive surgery principles with minimally interventional, aesthetically pleasing and brief surgical approaches to excellent unaided visual outcomes
