We show a new and simple device to be used in conjunction with the microscope, which projects a laser slit, making it possible to know the orientation of the scroll in the dmek, the existence of liquid interfaces in dsaek, the vaulting of the Icl, the detachment of the descemet, recovering the three-dimensionality in the surgery.
