This film shows how we rehabilitated a patient with keratoconus who developed a graft infection and lost vision. Medical management was done to control the graft infection followed by a DSAEK. A cataract surgery using a pupil expansion device was finally performed to improve his vision. This challenging case demonstrates how never giving up as a surgeon can help us achieve wonders.
